Heres my thought process....I think people were mislead when they bought and rented and did not know at first. I think people were neglecting to disclose and placed others in harms way. I think that people didn't want to deal with it and now others are suffering. Yes at some point before they sold or moved I think many knew! Further, If the management company had it on file and the township had it on file then others would not be able to get away with this. I think someone pulled the paperwork that had connections to that building and I also think that many things did not get reported and they did not get the required permits. That building would not even be standing if all the reports were on file it would have been demolished long again and we wouldn't be here today! It need stop NOW, people are in harms way and that must be taken care of first. It must be about the peoples wellbeing. Sounds like it was contaminated land! That is probably why the address comes up as a pool! Probably why no one will talk about the place and codes claims ignorance about it! Probably why there is missing paperwork that is required to be on file and its not! Probably why the codes guy laugh when questioned about it being on contaminated land and the later saying yeah I heard that. Probably the reason he wouldn't help the homeowner find answers! Probably why the property is sinking! Probably why there are address issues!
